About the Project
ISC was awarded a multifaceted contract including lump sum and time & materials components, with a fee at risk structure, to perform the electrical duties for the Gas Cleanup Unit at Plant Ratcliffe. The original contract scope grew by nearly 800% with the added scope of instrumentation in the Gas Cleanup Unit and electrical and instrumentation in the Gasifier Unit. ISC had a peak manpower of nearly 700 associates and maintained between 500 and 650 for more than 14 months.
