ISC recently received two Awards of Excellence and one Award of Merit from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) local chapters, ABC Pelican Chapter and ABC Bayou Chapter. The projects responsible for winning these awards will move forward to compete at the national level in December. Winners will be celebrated at the 28^th Excellence in Construction Awards Gala in Long Beach, California in March of 2018.

The Excellence in Construction program provides the opportunity for contractor members to compete for honors in the construction industry’s premier annual awards program and recognizes the outstanding merit shop projects of the year. Project submissions are judged on a variety of topics including presentation, contracted scope, project narrative, safety and customer references, and the program selects jobs with exemplary project execution and safety performance.
