About the Project
ISC was selected by Honeywell UOP to complete four major upgrades at their Baton Rouge, LA facility. As the world’s leading supplier of activated alumina and Versal alumina powders, it was critical for ISC to ensure the Honeywell UOP facility was best positioned for operational success. ISC worked closely with Honeywell leadership to achieve project goal by providing safe, innovative solutions and a highly skilled workforce.
Despite the many challenges, these upgrades increased the efficiency and production of the plant. With the entire facility’s operation depending on the success of this project, ISC hand-selected tenured associates totaling over 400 years of industrial electrical experience collectively. In total, ISC was able to complete 6,450 man-hours safely and on schedule with zero OSHA recordable incidents.
