ISC receives Workforce Development Excellence Award from GBRIA

ISC is proud to have received the Workforce Development Excellence Award from the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance (GBRIA). This is ISC’s 13th award recognizing the company for industry leading practices in skills training, recruitment, assessment, career path education and retention efforts. ISC was nominated by Exxon Baton Rouge, Shell Geismar and Honeywell UOP.

The Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance, Inc. (GBRIA) Craft Workforce Development Awards acts as both an awards and benchmarking program. The program promotes best practices to improve the skills and retention of craft personnel in the region and to recognize and reward organizations who contribute to recruitment, assessment, training, career path education and retention efforts.
